World ranked strawweights, Gilberto "El Cacique" Pedroza (10-1-2) and Carlos "Arañita" Ortega (8-3-2), both from Panama, fought to a draw in the main event of the "Todo o Nada" boxing card presented by Promociones del Istmo at Fantastic Casino Albrook Mall in Panama City.

After 8 intense rounds of action, Pedroza recovered from a point deduction in round 6 to escape with both the WBC Fecarbox and the Panamanian minimumweight belts.

Most of the crowd agreed with judge Fernando Murray who scored 77-75 in favor of Ortega. David Singh voted a 76-76 draw and Jesus Aleman gave a 76-75 advantage to Pedroza who successfully defended the titles.

In the co-main event, Dominican bantamweight Jonathan "El Agua" Arias (14-9) stopped local fighter Everardo "Thunder" Castillo (10-4-1) by KO at the end of second round. With a powerful straight right hand matching the sound of the bell, Arias dropped Castillo who was not able to beat the ten seconds count to go back to his corner.

Russian lightweight Zapir Rasulov (27-0) had an easy night by stopping Colombian journeyman Ever García (16-37-2) by TKO at 1:35 of the very first round.

The Panamanian Boxing Commission paid a posthumous tribute to WBC President Jose Sulaiman Chagnon who passed away  just minutes before the beginning of the boxing show.
