Los Angeles, CA - Fernando Vargas Jr. will be fighting Colombia's Wilfrido Buelvas in a six round super welterweight clash on Saturday, November 11 at the Thunder Studios in Long Beach, CA.

Buelvas will be the most experienced opponent that Vargas Jr. will step in the ring with to date.

Coming off a victory in his most recent fight, Buelvas enters this contest with a record of 24-17 with 18 of those victories were secured by way of knockout.

Yadira Bustillos and Maria Micheo Santizo were added to the MarvNation card in Thunder Studios.

Fresh off her eight round win against Kat Lindenmuth less than two months back, the skilled Mexican Bustillos wasted no time in getting back in the ring.

This time Bustillos will face off against a former world title challenger in Guatemala's Maria Santizo.

In her last bout, Santizo came up short in her title bout against unified world champion Yokasta Valle.

Bustillos looks to put herself in position to challenge Costa Rica's IBF, WBO minimumweight champion Valle or the WBA, WBC champion in Seneisa Estrada.

An impressive victory would get her one step closer to the goal of a world title shot.
