The weights are in. Beibut Shumenov (10-1, 6KOs) and William Joppy (39-6-2, 30 KOs) made weight for Saturday's fight in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. Shumenov's WBA 175-pound title is on the line. Shumenov, who was initially scheduled to unify with WBO Juergen Braehmer, came in at the division limit of 175-pounds. For his part, former middleweight champion Joppy was 174.5 pounds.

In the co-feature, welterweight Ravshan Hudaynazarov (13-0, 11 KOs) was 146.5-pounds, while opponent José Luis “Chelín” Cruz (41-7-2, 33 KOs) was very overweight at 153.4-pounds. 

Super lightweight Alexander Zhuravskiy (9-0, 7 KOs) will face Ruben Galvan (27-14-4, 10 KOs) for a WBA International title. Zhuravskiy was 140 on the limit. Galvan was four pounds over.
