The stage is set, as former light heavyweight and cruiserweight champion Tomasz Adamek (49-4, 29 KO) will put his entire career at stake on Saturday night. He will return for the first time since last year's ten round decision loss to Artur Szpilka in Krakow, with a clash against countryman Przemyslaw Saleta (44-7, 22 KO) in the main event of tomorrow night's card in Lodz (Poland).

Saleta has not fought since 2013. He broke a seven year retirement to face Polish fan favorite Andre Golota in February of 2013 and scored a knockout victory in six rounds.

47-year-old Saleta is big, strong and always in shape. Adamek is quicker and the much better boxer, but at nearly 39-years of age his best days are now behind him.
