UFC President Dana White has made it clear that he will not allow Jorge Masvidal or Nate Diaz to take part in a boxing match with Jake Paul.

Earlier this month, Paul raised his record to 5-0 with a brutal sixth round knockout of former UFC champion Tyron Woodley.

After that fight, both Diaz and Masvidal expressed interest in facing Paul in the ring.

White has rejected both scenarios.

Because of their active contracts with the UFC, White can prevent Diaz and Masvidal from moving forward with any showdown outside of his company.

White erupted at the mere mention of either fighter stepping in the ring with Paul.

“You notice how he wants to fight f------- everybody that’s not in his weight class, guys that are older and all this bullsh!t. Go fight a boxer. Go hump somebody else’s leg, you goofball," White told Teddy Atlas.

The 24-year-old Paul was initially scheduled to face unbeaten light heavyweight prospect Tommy Fury (7-0, 4 KOs), who is the younger brother of WBC world champion Tyson Fury.

Two weeks before the fight, Fury withdrew with a rib injury and a chest infection. He was quickly replaced by Woodley.

There is still a good possibility that Paul will face Fury in the coming year - but another option has arisen.

Former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is now gunning for Paul, who appears interested in taking that opportunity if a deal can be reached between their respective sides.

In his other bouts, Paul picked up stoppage wins over YouTube rival AnEsonGib, NBA star Nate Robinson, and ex-UFC welterweight Ben Askren. The first bout with Woodley, which took place in August, saw Paul win an eight round split decision.
