  • Comments Thread For: UFC's White Will Not Allow Diaz or Masvidal To Fight Jake Paul

UFC President Dana White has made it clear that he will not allow Jorge Masvidal or Nate Diaz to take part in a boxing match with Jake Paul. Earlier this month, Paul raised his record to 5-0 with a brutal sixth round knockout of former UFC champion Tyron Woodley.

        Jake gasses after 4 rounds.

woodley had him out on his feet from exhaustion for 4 rounds the first fight and never pulled the trigger. he did the same chit the second fight and jake was tiring out and he just stook there out of range staring at jake expect like jake was going to come in range and smash his head against his hand and do the fight for him.

All anyone has to do is just press jake a bit, not even hard a bit, like Floyd did the first 3-4 rounds with mcgreggor, pressure him with a high guard, you barely even have to throw as long as you are making him throw with the pressure. then go in for it after he is tired. Diaz and masvidal both have enough skill to do this. For all of their 14 rounds of fighting, jake didnt even show himself to be much above woodley who is a damn wrestler.

Idk he's only five fights in. I've visited a lot of boxrec pages and I don't know if I'd describe the first five guys on most of those pages as boxers either lol

Dont blame him tbh. These UFC guys are not being targeted to win, its a set up to make the UFC look bad. He should publicly counter offer Jake to come fight in the UFC if hes so insistent on fighting MMA guys.

Lord Dana has spoken! He will not allow his peasants to fight for life changing money as he feels it will embarrass his company.
He will keep his billions while his fighters eat of the crumbs he throws them.

Theres a reason for such. Ufc contracts are known to be shh in fighters rights wont allow to participate anything striking or contact outside grappling tournaments. Its bs bellator contracts way more fight friendly sharing in revenue can oarticipate other sports.. Jake paul is improving yet gotta remember hew been fighting nobodies and wrestlers in fact mma fighters known for lack of striking ability. Go box anderson silva similar size similar box experience bigger name than woodley. Aint no1 tune in for woodley fights other than hope he lose cause so boring with 10 strikes max a rd yet askren way more boring 2 max jab and shoot hold jab takedown or half time just take down no strike which y masdival did yhe flying knee askren just takedowns

Haha of course he won’t. Dana knows that the problem child is a problem! He’d sleep masvidal and diaz the same night with his atomic right hand. Where would that leave dana and the UFC? Diaz and masividal are legends and Jake would wreck them like he did askren and woodley. Problem child is everything “the takeover” said he was. Jake is already a level just below canelo. Don’t bring up the low PPV numbers y’all just hating he had to rematch someone he already beat on 2 weeks notice! 65000 buys was actually astronomical under those circumstances
