LAS VEGAS - Shakur Stevenson came in well below the lightweight limit Wednesday afternoon for his 12-round, 135-pound title fight against Edwin De Los Santos on Thursday night.

Stevenson stepped on the Nevada State Athletic Commission's scale at 133.8 pounds. The Dominican Republic's De Los Santos officially weighed 134.3 pounds just before Stevenson weighed in at T-Mobile Arena.

Stevenson (20-0, 10 KOs), a two-weight world champion from Newark, New Jersey, and De Los Santos (16-1, 14 KOs), a Santo Domingo native who resides in Brooklyn, will headline an ESPN doubleheader at T-Mobile Arena.

Stevenson, 26, and De Los Santos, 24, will fight for the vacant WBC lightweight title. Devin Haney held that championship, but the WBC designated the undefeated, undisputed lightweight king its champion in recess once Haney (30-0, 15 KOs) chose to move up to the 140-pound division for his next fight - a shot at WBC super lightweight champ Regis Prograis (29-1, 24 KOs) on December 9 at Chase Center in San Francisco.

Stevenson, who's listed by BetMGM sportsbook as a 14-1 favorite, was initially scheduled to fight Frank Martin on Thursday night. Martin (18-0, 12 KOs), a southpaw from Indianapolis, withdrew from their fight because he felt his percentage of his purse wouldn't be high enough to fight one of the top boxers, pound-for-pound, in the sport.

De Los Santos happily replaced Martin soon thereafter.

The official weights for the nine fights on the Stevenson-De Los Santos undercard are listed below.
