According to sources in Mexico, the next stop for Robinson Castellanos (20-10, 13KOs) could be a redemption fight with Rocky Juarez (21-3, 14KOs), who holds the WBC's silver featherweight championship.

Rene Alvarado knocked out Castellanos in nine rounds back in February to capture the WBC's silver title. Alvarado then lost that title in May, when Juarez dominated the action to win an upset twelve round decision.

Last week Castellanos beat up undefeated Ronny Rios for a fifth round TKO to get his career back in motion.

Juarez was recently mentioned as an opponent for Marvin Sonsona  (19-1-1, 15KOs) in a final WBC eliminator on December 21 in the Philippines. According to overseas sources, Juarez was not keen on heading over to the Philippines to face Sonsona on his home turf. Sonsona is awaiting the finalization of his upcoming opponent, which is still going to be a final eliminator with the winner landing a shot at WBC champion Jhonny Gonzalez.
