Robin Deakin has thrown down the gauntlet to KSI.

The Crawley man, who has been inactive since July 2017, failed to taste victory in 51 consecutive fights.

Deakin is currently participating in Bare Knuckle Boxing and once branded himself as Britain’s worst boxer.

But the 33-year-old has called out KSI in the wake of his win over Logan Paul last weekend.

“I know KSI has beaten two YouTubers, but if he wants to be the best, he has to fight the worst,” Deakin said.

Watford’s KSI won on points against his American rival at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, exclusively live on Sky Sports Box Office, DAZN and Fite TV.

“His reach and height doesn’t matter at all, and neither does the weight difference,” he continued. “I’ll put on two stone of fat and still batter him.

“It doesn’t matter how much muscle you have, it’s all about the heart.”

Deakin had his British Boxing Board of Control licence revoked due to his record.

But he doesn’t think that will be a stumbling block if a fight with KSI was to actually become more than just talk.

“I haven’t currently got a gloves licence, but I reckon I can get a Spanish one,” he added. “I’ve got the heart to knock KSI out, if he’s up for a fight.”
