Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas, NV World class trainer Robert Garcia was on hand to watch WBO super featherweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko (7-1) seven round demolition of Nicholas Walters (26-1-1).

Walters was supposed to be the biggest test of Lomachenko's career but was unable to get anything going. Lomachenko picked the Jamaican apart in the seventh round and Garcia said that he knew Walters didn't want to fight anymore as he walked to his corner.

"He is looking for a way out. Look at how he is looking around. He's going to quit," Garcia stated.

Lomachenko lives and trains out of Oxnard, Calif. where Garcia has one of his RGBA gyms. The Ukrainian is trained by his father but Garcia is very familiar with the progression the two-time Olympic gold medalist has made in the pro ranks.

Garcia expected Lomachenko to notch another victory but thought that Walters would at least put up a fight.

"I'm surprised. I thought he would at least try. I thought Lomachenko would win but Walters is known for being a tough power puncher. He didn't try at all," Garcia told BoxingScene.com.
