Heather Hardy, who is undefeated at 20-0 as a boxer and remains a popular staple on the East Coast fight scene, made her MMA debut in June as part of Bellator 180 in New York City and picked up a third round TKO win.

This time around, it was a much different story - as Kristina Williams (1-0) pounded Hardy (1-1) and made her a bloody mess on pace to a second round TKO upset win.

Hardy came out strong in the first round, but it didn't take that long for Williams to get going and rock Hardy as they were exchanging punches and kicks.

They were trading away for most of the round, when Williams landed a kick that blasted Hardy right in the face - causing her mouth and nose to begin gushing blood. When the round ended, you could sense a lot of urgency in Hardy's corner, while Williams appeared very confident.

In the second round, Hardy was taken down and took some punches but managed to get back to her feet. They were slugging some more, with Williams having the edge in the action. During the round, Williams rocked Hardy with a vicious shin right to the nose - which made the blood pour out even faster. Soon after, the ringside doctor was called in to examine Hardy and quickly stopped the action at the 2 minute mark.

Also on the card, Lisa Blaine (2-0) defeated pro boxer turned MMA fighter, Ana Julaton (3-2), via split decision - with scores of 29-28, 28-29, 29-28. It was Julaton's second MMA loss in a row. Julaton has a 14-4-3, 2KOs record in boxing. She fought to draw with Maria Nunez back in March in Mexico.
