The WBA Super, IBF, WBO, WBC and Ring Magazine world female lightweight champion is set to return to the ring on Saturday.

Taylor defends her titles against her WBA mandatory Miriam Gutierrez at the SSE Arena in Wembley, London, exclusively live on Sky Sports in the UK and DAZN Stateside.

And the host broadcaster in the UK and Ireland, from where the Bray lady hails and is seen as a national treasure, has made an historic move in the build-up to the fight, agreeing to make the fight available on YouTube, Facebook and via the Sky Sports website as well as via the TV.

Gutierrez, who will be in the opposite corner to Taylor at the weekend, has a ledger of 13 fights undefeated and will head into the clash against the former five-time world amateur champion with five quick finishes on the slate.

She is a Spaniard who has held the WBA’s interim title since November 2019 following her win over Keren Batiz and will be joined on the card by her managerial stablemate Jorgelina Guanini.

Guanini (9-1-2, 1 KO) is the current IBF super-flyweight champion and will step up in weight to bantamweight against Rachel Ball –– who shocked Shannon Courtenay last time out –– to challenge for the vacant WBA title after Ebanie Bridges was injured.

Also on the card, Terri Harper defends her IBO and WBC world super-featherweight against her WBC mandatory challenger Katharina Thanderz.

Harper (10-0-1, 5 KOs) was in action as recently as August when she drew with Liverpool’s Natasha Jonas and is set to face Thanderz as she fights for the third time this calendar year.

Former British bantamweight champion Kash Farooq will finally make his Matchroom debut at the third attempt when he takes on Angel Aviles and there is a tasty super-middleweight domestic dust-up between John Docherty and Jack Cullen, while Tony Bellew-managed Liverpool light-heavyweight Thomas Whittaker-Hart faces a step-up against Jermaine Springer.
