AT&T Stadium, Arlington, Texas - Former IBF heavyweight champion Charles Martin  (26-2-1, 23 KOs) bounced back from a TKO defeat at the hands of Adam Kownacki, with an eight round disqualification win over undefeated Gregory Corbin (15-1, 9 KOs), who landed numerous low blows throughout the fight.

The first round started slow, but Martin was taking the lead as Corbin was taking more of a laid back approach. Martin seemed to rattle Corbin during the second round with a good left.

Martin began to let his hands go more, with combination flying in the direction of Corbin. He staggered Corbin with a good left.

There was a clash of heads in the fourth, with Martin suffering a cut on his left side. Corbin lost a point from a low blow. During the fifth, Corbin lost another point for more low blows.

Corbin was starting to get more active in the sixth, with Martin still holding the edge. In the sixth, Corbin lost a third point for a low blow. It was all Martin from this point forward, but Corbin was hanging in there. During the eight, there was another foul by Corbin and he was disqualified.
