Nick Webb will return to the ring next weekend.

The undefeated heavyweight has been given a spot on a Matchroom show.

Webb, 30, has a ledger of 11 fights with nine knockouts to date and he will be hoping to extend that run on February 3.

He has been added to the ‘British Beef’ card at the O2 Arena, exclusively live on Sky Sports, which is topped by Lawrence Okolie’s cruiserweight grudge match against Isaac Chamberlain.

Ted Cheeseman is facing a step-up in opponent on the card after agreeing to take on former Kell Brook foe Carson Jones and Reece Bellotti is returning in a defence of his Commonwealth featherweight title against Ben Jones.

Felix Cash, who ended 2017 with a one-round stoppage in December, will box for the first time in the New Year, while former Team GB star Joshua Buatsi will box alongside former world title challenger Charlie Edwards, Danny Dignum, former world champion Paul Butler, who is in a marking time fight ahead of another outing in April, and Commonwealth Games gold medallist Sean McGoldrick.

IN OTHER NEWS: Marc Kerr is determined to put on an impressive display in his first headline bout as the Glaswegian super-welterweight prepares to top a ‘Burns Supper’ fight bill in his home city this weekend.

Kerr (10-1) headlines MTK Scotland’s dinner show at the Crowne Plaza on Friday night, taking on Gloucester-based Lewis van Poetsch for the British Challenge title.

Both fighters weighed in at 156lbs ahead of their eight-round clash and the home favourite is eager to entertain when he takes to the ring for his warm-up bout ahead of an anticipated Scottish-title shot in the near future.

“I’m feeling good and looking forward to fighting now,” said Kerr. “I’m delighted to be headlining. I’ve boxed there a fair few times now, so it’s good to see the progression and headline my first show.
