73-year-old Hall-of-Fame trainer Ignacio "Nacho" Beristain is very impressed with WBA junior flyweight Román “Chocolatito“ González (30-0, 25 KOs) of Nicaragua. Nacho says Gonzalez will become a future star in the sport and he doesn't see any boxer, including those in Mexico, who can beat him at junior flyweight.

“Keeping their respective differences, this boy is like a little Alexis Argüello. The truth is, he impressed me very much [against Omar Salado in Cancun]. He is an excellent fighter and he will be champion for a long time. The time that fought in Cancún, I saw that he got a little tired, but he has a good boxing rhythm," Nacho said.

Nacho expects Gonzalez to easily pass the biggest test of his career, former champion Ramon Garcia, on March 17th in Culiacan.

“With all sincerity, I can tell you that I don't believe that there is any boxer in Mexico who can beat him. He will beat [Garcia] in three or four rounds," Nacho said.
