Promoter and former world champion, Barry McGuigan, believes Chris Eubank Jr. has a good shot to beat several of the top middleweights - including IBF, IBO champion Gennadiy Golovkin, WBA champion Ryota Murata and WBC champion Jermall Charlo.

McGuigan feels the boxing style of WBO champion Demetrius Andrade would make things very difficult for Eubank.

Eubank Jr. recently signed a promotional agreement with Team Sauerland.

The British fighter has been inactive since December 2019, when he picked up an injury stoppage over Matt Korobov to capture the WBA's interim-middleweight title.

He's now won three in a row since losing a twelve round decision to George Groves in the semi-finals of the World Boxing Super Series super middleweight tournament.

Following the announcement of his new promotional deal, Eubank (29-2, 22 KOs) called out all of the top names at 160-pounds.

It remains to be seen if any of them will entertain his challenge - but McGuigan backs him to have success against three of them.

"Of the four middleweight champions Eubank Jr. has a good chance against Gennady Golovkin, Ryota Murata and Jermall Charlo. To beat WBO champion Demetrius Andrade he has to get better at initiating attacks," McGuigan told The Mirror.

"IBF king GGG is a good fight for him. He’s 38 years old. No matter how good you are, after the number of fights he has had as amateur and pro, he is not getting better. Victory over GGG opens the door to big unification bouts. For what it’s worth I think he beats WBA champ Murat. WBC champion Charlo is an even fight.

"Andrade, a slick operator with a great jab, would be a problem for him, but he has to get there first."
