Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer has advised BoxingScene.com that his company, along with Mayweather Promotions, have finalized the final two spots for the Floyd Mayweather Jr. (44-0, 26KOs) vs. Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (42-0-1, 30KOs) Showtime Pay-Per-View, which takes place on September 14th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

In the co-feature, WBA/WBA junior welterweight champion Danny Garcia (26-0, 16KOs) will face mandatory challenger Lucas Matthysse (34-2, 32KOs).

Added to the card, the rescheduled IBF junior middleweight title fight between champion Ishe Smith (25-5, 11KOs) and challenger Carlos Molina (21-5-2, 6KOs). The fight had been scheduled for July, but Smith suffered a cut in sparring and was forced to withdraw.

Opening up the pay-per-view will be a welterweight contest between Pablo Cesar Cano (26-3-1, 20KOs) and British contender Ashley Theophane (33-5-1, 10KOs), who recently signed a promotional agreement with Mayweather Promotions.
