Hughie Fury 14-0 (8) has had to withdraw from the Tyson Fury-Dereck Chisora II undercard on July 26 due to illness.

The 19-year-old was hoping to build on a career best win against Danny Hughes, 12-3-2 (3) in his last fight but the effects of a currently undiagnosed condition have forced him out of action.

“He’s suffering with fatigue, headaches, nausea and stomach pains,” Peter Fury, Hughie’s father and trainer explained to BoxingScene.com. “He’s had these symptoms for four years but they are getting worse. Until we can find out what he has we’ll be keeping him out of the ring.”

During the period in which he has been suffering with this illness, Fury has managed to claim Gold at the 2012 World Youth Amateur Championships and remains undefeated as a professional since joining the paid ranks in March of last year.

Testing will be conducted this week in an attempt to diagnose the condition.
