Hugo Ruiz (31-1, 28KOs) is very confident of beating WBA "regular" bantamweight champion Koki Kameda (28-1, 17KOs) on December 4th in Osaka, Japan. Kameda has won six in a row since losing a close decision to Pongsaklek Wonjongkam in 2010, while Ruiz has gone unbeaten since suffering an upset TKO loss in 2007 when he was 9-0.

"It will be a great fight, a great fight that everyone will enjoy. He likes to fight, and I also like to go forward and go for the knockout. I always go forward and I'm stronger, better prepared and I will succeed," Ruiz said.

"I feel very confident, but trust me we are going to do a good job there (in Japan). We need to get that title and win that fight. I do not care much about the venue or the location because we are well prepared."
