In his words, former world champion Guillermo "El Felino" Jones of Panama is eager to return to the ring.

His return will take place on November 14 when "El Felino" Jones faces Mexico's Daniel "Oso" Cota.

The has been agreed upon in the heavyweight division as Jones make his official debut in that division for another title run.

The card takes place at the Arena Panama Al Brown in Colon City, Panama.

Jones is in the final stage of his preparation and according to his coach, Rigoberto Garibaldi, his pupil has fully fulfilled the preparation plan.

"He is finished. El Felino has worked hard for this important commitment in his career," said Garibaldi.

Garibaldi explained that Jones has worked with Colombian sparring Santander Silgado, a cruiserweight who will see action on the same card, as well as Panamanian Robinson Aragon.

"The sparring week will be Monday, Wednesday and end on Friday with Robinson Aragon," the Panamanian coach said.

He said that on Monday, November 9, they will move to the province of Colon, where they will remain until the day of the fight.

Jones, 43, has a record of 39 wins (31 KO), 3 losses and two draws. Jones has not fought since May 17, 2013 due to a suspension after testing positive for a banned substance prior to a planned rematch with Denis Lebedev.
