Union Boxing Promotions signed a contract with a world-renowned trainer Freddie Roach (USA, Los Angeles) to conduct the training of their athletes in America. In early July, the WBA welterweight world champion Vyacheslav Senchenko and EBU European champion Oleg Yefimovich, along with the Union Boxing Promotion team, will fly across the ocean, where they will spend six weeks at the Wild Card Gym in preparation for their next championship fights. In addition to training in Los Angeles, Freddie will also serve in the corner for Senchenko and Yefimovich during their title defense fights. 

On Aug. 30 Union Boxing Promotions will present their 55th professional boxing tournament to be held at the Lenin Central Square in the city of Donetsk. With over 20,000 fans expected to attend this will be one of the biggest shows put on by Union Boxing Promotions.

In the main event of the night Vyacheslav Senchenko (30-0, 20KO) will hold the second defense of world title in a fight against the challenger from Venezuela, Charlie Jose Navarro (18-3, 13KO). In the co-main event Oleg Yefimovich (18-1, 11KO) will defend his European Belt for a 5th time, and will be matched against the Frenchman Sofiane Takoucht. Takuucht nicknamed "Baby Face" is 19-1 with 9KO. The show will feature 5 more title fights with EBU-EE light welterweight titlist Vladimir Kravets (22-0, 14 KOs), WBC Youth I/C cruiserweight beltholder Iago Kiladze (14-0, 10 KOs), EBA super middleweight belt holder Server Emurlayev (17-0, 5 KOs), middleweight Stas Kashtanov(27-0, 14KO) and jr middleweight Artem Karpets (10-0, 5 KOs) all featured on the undercard."
