Universum and Probellum stage a show billed as "Champions Night" on February 19 at the Universum Gym in Hamburg, Germany. The event is streamed by the Universum YouTube channel.

Headlining is rising heavyweight Zhan Kossobutskiy (17-0) who is in against veteran Johann Duhaupas (39-6), who was caught cold against Tony Yoka in 2020 and was stopped in one. He bounced back late last year and stopped Andres Csomar in two and his knockout win over WBA Gold champ Robert Helenius looks better than ever. The vacant WBC International belt is at stake.

In other action Cuban heavyweight Jose Larduet (7-0) squares off against Dusan Veletic (5-0-1) with the vacant (left vacant by his stablemate Zhan Kossobutskyi) WBC International Silver title at stake.

Lightweight Artem Harutyunyan is featured in the third headliner on the bill and takes on Humberto Galindo (14-1-1) in a defense of the WBC International title.

EBU super featherweight champ, Belgian Faroukh Kourbanov (19-3) now has Joe Cordina (14-0) as mandatory challenger. The parties involved now have time for "private negotiations" before a date for purse bids is set. Cordina beat Kourbanov on a majority decision a year ago in London.

Swedish super lightweight Anthony Yigit has dropped out of acting school and will make another attempt at the big fights. The former two time world title challenger and EBU champ sparred recently with Dane Enock Poulsen when Corona struck but is heading for the US late February.

"I'm not finished yet," states Yigit (24-2-1) who was last seen losing to Rolly Romero in a WBA lightweight title fight. Yigit was a late sub and came in way too heavy. He was all set for a comeback fight in November but fell ill on the day of the fight and had to pull out.

Yigit is managed by Florida-based LPMG Boxing.
