As recently reported by BoxingScene.com, welterweight contender Thomas Dulorme (24-3-1) is upset with the majority draw he received in his fight Saturday night against Jessie Vargas (28-1-2). The fight took place at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, IL.

The final scores were 113-113 twice and 115-111 for Vargas. The latter score, which was submitted by Rey Danseco, really has Dulorme fuming and believes that it shows the judge's incompetence.

"That judge should never work again," Dulorme told BoxingScene.com. "Remember when Canelo fought Floyd and (C.J. Ross) had Canelo with a draw? She never judged again. She retired and didn't work again. I thought I won the fight very well. Let's see if there is going to be a rematch and if not then let's see what happen."

However, Dulorme isn't very confident that a rematch will take place.  He thinks that the risk is greater than the reward for Vargas and that his team will steer him in another direction.

"I don't think there will be a rematch. They saw how the fight went and know we won. They don't want to take that risk again," reasoned Dulorme who was very satisfied with the action the fight produced.

"Besides the result it was a great fight. Jessie is a great fighter and he can take a punch. I hit him very hard and he was taking the punches. He has a great chin," Dulorme stated.

As for what is next, Dulorme said that if he can't get Vargas in the ring again, there is another fighter promoted by Eddie Hearn that interests him.

"I am waiting to see what Eddie Hearn says. I know that he was very satisfied with the excitement of the fight. He knows I am a good fighter. I would love to fight Amir Khan," Dulorme stated.
