Argentine Diego Chaves was very upset after being disqualified by referee Vic Drakulich in the 9th round of his HBO televised fight against Brandon Rios on Saturday night.

The fight resembled a wresting match and had many fouls and multiple take downs. Chaves had two points deducted while Rios was deducted a point.

Chaves met with the press after the fight and complained about being punched in the back and suffering multiple head butts. Rios went straight to the hospital with neck pain and a possible scratched cornea and wasn't available to give his side of the story.

The 28-year-old Argentine claimed that it was Rios who was the dirty fighter a that he had never been involved in a fight like that.

"I have never been in a fight like that before. I came to box but Rios made the fight dirty. I would like to have a rematch. In a rematch I would arrive to the US earlier and it would be easier. I was affected in the 7th and 8th but by the 9th I was getting my second wind," Chaves told BoxingScene.com.
