Jahnsportforum in Neubrandenburg, Germany - Olympic bronze medal winner David Price (21-3, 18 KOs) continues the road back with a second round stoppage of Ivica Perkovic (22-31, 17 KOs).

Price notches in the second win of his rebuilding process after getting knocked out by Erkan Teper last July. Teper tested positive for steroids afterwards.

Price is now eyeing a position on the November 26th undercard to Anthony Joshua's next defense of the IBF heavyweight title in Manchester. There is a possibility, depending on what happens with unified champion Tyson Fury, that Price will face dangerous Joseph Parker on the card.

Top rated super middleweight contender Vincent Feigenbutz (24-2, 24 KOs) stopped Guillermo Ruben Andino (10-2, 5 KOs) in six rounds. It marked the third win in a row for Feigenbutz since getting stopped by Giovanni De Carolis in the WBA world title fight back in January.

Super middleweight prospect Leon Bauer (9-0, 7 KOs), in his fourth appearance of the year, crushed Giorgi Khulelidze (8-2, 2 KOs) in one round.

Super lightweight Ohara Davies (13-0, 11 KOs) continues to stay very busy with his fourth win of the year, fourth by knockout, when he drilled Chaquib Fadli (13-8, 7 KOs) in two rounds.

South African light heavyweight champion Ryno Liebenberg looked to be a clear winner after 12 rounds but lost out on a split decision to Enrico Kölling in the WBA Inter-Continental light heavyweight title bout in Neubrandenburg, Germany, on Saturday evening.

One of the three judges awarded the fight 117-111 to the SA champ and that seemed to be a fair reflection after Liebenberg probably threw four times more punches than Kölling in their bout which was televised in South Africa.

The remaining two judges, strangely, saw the fight 117-111 and 116-112 in Koelling’s favour. Clearly, a hometown decision if ever.

The Berlin-based Kölling’s record improves to 22-1, 6 KOs and Liebenberg moves on to 17-4, 12 KOs.
