Former undisputed heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, during a recent episode of the 'Hotboxin with Mike Tyson' podcast, gave his take on the upcoming super middleweight unification between Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez and Caleb Plant.

On November 6, Canelo and Plant will collide for the WBO, WBC, IBF, WBA super middleweight belts at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

The winner will become the first ever undisputed 168-pound champion in the four belt era.

Canelo unified three of the belts back in May, when he stopped Billy Joe Suanders in their WBO, WBC, WBA title clash. Plant holds the remaining IBF title.

Tyson gave Plant absolutely no chance to beat Canelo - predicting the fight will be a massacre. He believes Canelo will be too strong for Plant.

"This guy [Canelo Alvarez] is going to f------ kill [Caleb Plant]. He's your friend, you're going to his funeral. He looks like some Floyd Mayweather sh!t, he's gonna get f----- up. Wait till that motherf----- starts hitting that body, Alvarez, those motherf----- body shots, oh, he's gonna get f----- up," Tyson said.

Those comments reached the ears of Plant, who explained that it takes a lot more than power to win a fight.

"[Mike Tyson] was stronger than 'Buster' Douglas but that didn't help him. He was determined to win. He was stronger than Lennox Lewis, he was stronger than Evander Holyfield but there's a lot more to winning a fight than just being stronger than somebody," Plant told Fighthype.com.

"There's a lot of keys and a lot of factors that go into a fight and not all of it has to do with strength."
