Panama - Celestino Caballero was very calm when he arrived back home. He spoke with reporters at Tocumen airport, who mobbed him with questions about last Saturday's ten round split decision loss to Jason Litzau in Las Vegas. Caballero went up by two weight divisions to fight Litzau at 130 pounds.

Caballero admits that he didn't handle his weight properly and it caused him to have issues in the fight. Although he went up by two divisions, he had trouble making the 130 limit at last Friday's weigh-in. After two attempts and more than an hour, he made 130.

"I couldn't hold the weight. I gained 15 pounds overnight, and was 145 [on the night of the fight] and that was too much. I always go up to 137 pounds [on fight night]. It took away my speed and movement and I didn't I feel comfortable to do the job," Caballero said.

Caballero says the loss will only make him stronger. He wants to have a rematch with Litzau in March or April of next year. Caballero is not sure if he plans to stay at 130 or drop down to 126 or defend his title at 122.

"I don't know if I'll drop the title [at 122] or go to 126-pounds. If there is a good offer, I'll take a fight at 122," Caballero said.
