Andrew Selby is the latest name to be confirmed for the big world title-topped show in Cardiff next month.

The British flyweight champion (5-0, 3 KOs) won the crown with a 12-round decision victory over Louis Norman, the former English champion, at the Ice Arena on May 14, live on Channel 5.

And now Selby, 27, will return to the same venue on July 16, as part of a card that will be screened exclusively live on BoxNation.

Cuba’s Guillermo Rigondeaux, a two-time Olympic and world champion who has a record of 16-0 (10 KOs), is scheduled to grace the UK with his presence, at the second attempt, when he defends the Super WBA super-bantamweight world title against Liverpool’s Jazza Dickens (22-1, 7 KOs) and Liam Williams of Clydach Vale (14-0-1, 9 KOs) will defend the aforementioned Lonsdale belt and Commonwealth crown against Gary Corcoran from Wembley (15-0, 6 KOs).

Selby, a former two-time European amateur champion and 2012 Olympian, has progressed quickly since making his debut in October last year and will look to get another win under his belt on the big-time bill before further title showdowns later in the year.

He will be joined on the card by St Clears welterweight Dale Evans, along with Gary Buckland and Rhys Saunders.

Meanwhile, Bradley Skeete, the British and Commonwealth welterweight champion, will feature in a defence of his WBO European crown and Tommy Langford is set to defend the WBO Inter-Continental middleweight belt.

Elsewhere on the bill, Southampton’s red-hot Joe Pigford looks to extend his unbeaten run to 11 fights, Irish trio Gary Sweeney, Jamie Conlan and Tyrone McKenna will feature, while there is action for Welshmen Craig Evans, Zack Davies, Alex Hughes and Jay Harris, who all look to impress in front of their home crowd, and Mason Jones makes his professional debut.
