Unbeaten Canadian prospects Mikael Zewski and Pier Olivier Cote will fight in separate bouts on a ShoBox card early next year.

“We have Zewski now, and Cote was impressive in his last fight,” said Top Rank VP Carl Moretti.  “We’re looking to do a card with both of them on ShoBox early next year.”

“Zewski’s headlining,” said Top Rank matchmaker Brad Goodman.  “And Cote looked really good against [Jorge Luis] Teron last week.  We'll be doing some work with Interbox on him.”

Zewski (12-0, 8 KOs), a welterweight from Trois-Rivières, Quebec, was released by Golden Boy earlier this year after a lackluster split decision win against Clint Coronel and has since gone 3-0 with three stoppages.

Meanwhile, Cote (18-0, 12 KOs), turned some heads with a second-round knockout of Teron last Saturday in Quebec for the IBF Intercontinental junior welterweight title.  The Quebec City native fought on Top Rank’s Manny Pacquiao-Shane Mosley undercard in May is currently handled by Interbox.
