The summer season premiere of Boxeo Telemundo is officially set.

All fighters did their job at the scale during the official pre-fight weigh-in ahead of Friday’s show, which airs live on Telemundo from Osceola Heritage Park (OHP) Events Center in Kissimmee, Florida. Headlining the show, unbeaten Puerto Rican junior welterweight Yomar ‘Magic’ Alamo faces Mexico’s Adrian Yung in a ten-round regional junior welterweight title fight.

Alamo (19-0-1, 12KOs) weighed in right at the 140-pound divisional limit for his sixth straight fight at the venue and seventh in a row in Kissimmee. Yung (28-6-2, 22KOs) weighed 139 ½ pounds for just his third career fight in the United States, having won his last two starts—both in Mexico—since a March 2019 knockout loss to Luke Campbell.

Friday’s bout marks the second straight season premiere headliner for Alamo, who topped the first Telemundo card of 2021 in a ten-round, unanimous decision win over Jesus Beltran in this very venue this past March.

Mexico’s Beltran (17-4-2, 10KOs) returns in undercard action, as he faces Mekhrubon Sanginov (11-0-1, 8KOs) and unbeaten welterweight from Tajikistan who is now based in Las Vegas. Both boxers weighed 147 pounds for their scheduled ten-round bout.

Also on the undercard, emerging series favorite Otar Eranosyan (8-0, 5KOs)—a Georgian prospect based out of Miami—faces Dominican Republic’s Juan Carlos Peña (32-3, 23KOs). Both boxers weighed 130 pounds for their junior lightweight bout scheduled for eight rounds in a rematch to their clash this past January, won by Eranosyan via fourth-round knockout.

Eranosyan is already entering his ninth fight after having turned pro in this very venue last August. The 27-year-old will appear on his fifth Telemundo undercard in that time.

Below are the weights for the rest of the undercard.

Jorge Romero (20-0-1, 13KOs), Miami, 122 pounds vs. Jesus Martinez (30-13-1, 15KOs), Hollywood, Florida, 121 pounds—eight rounds, junior featherweight;

Luis Cabrera (pro debut), Caracas, Venezuela, 133 pounds vs. Carlos Jimenez (1-1-1, 0KOs), Saltillo, Mexico, 133 pounds—six rounds, flyweight;

Anthony Olascuaga (1-0, 1KO), Los Angeles, 110 pounds vs. Saul ‘Baby’ Juarez (25-14-2, 13KOs), Mexico City, 110 pounds—six rounds, flyweight;

Otabek Kholmatov (pro debut), Miami via Tashkent, Uzbekistan, 129 pounds vs. Marcello Williams (2-9, 0KOs), Sao Paolo, Brazil, 131 pounds—six rounds, junior lightweight.

The telecast begins at 12:00 am ET.
