Ruben Zayas Coliseum, Trujillo Alto - In the main event bout, which took place at 112 pounds, former Olympian Yankiel Rivera (2-0, 2 KOs), from Puerto Rico, defeated Chilean Ramon Velasquez (7-6) by technical knockout in the third round.

After Rivera crushed the Chilean with a blunt body shot in the third round, referee Luis Pabón stopped the bout because of the punishment Velásquez continued to receive in the same round.

At junior lightweight, Orlando 'Capu' Gonzalez (19-2, 12 KOs) from Aguadilla showed great strength in his 130-pound debut, banking a win by way of knockout in the first round (1:41) over Nicaraguan William González (30-16, 26 KOs).

In an exciting duel of undefeated 140-pound men from Caguas, Omar Rosario (9-0, 2 KOs) defeated Bryan Rodríguez (4-1-1, 2 KOs), via unanimous decision. The three judges scored 60-54. Rosario's technical boxing in the first half of the fight, followed by his aggressiveness in the second half, were key in his favor.

In another undefeated matchup at the 165-pound top weight, Abel González (3-0, 2 KOs) of Las Vegas defeated Diego Ferreira (9-1, 5 KOs) of Brazil by unanimous decision. The judges scored 59-55, 60-53 and 60-54.

Gaganpreet Sharma (11-3, 5 KOs) of India defeated Mexican Cesar Soriano (26-43-3, 16 KOs) by unanimous decision at middleweight. The three judges scored 58-54.

At 126 pounds, Felix Parrilla (7-0, 6 KOs), of New Heaven, maintained his unbeaten record by defeating Jonathan Lecona (18-34-5, 6 KOs) of Mexico by second-round knockout (2:49).

Joseph López de Caimito defeated Daniel Bermúdez from Arecibo by TKO in the second round.

In a duel, Puerto Rico against Mexico, Bryan 'Tarzán' Santos from Carolina defeated the Mexican Esteban Navarro by split decision in a war.

In another duel of action from beginning to end, Allen Velázquez from Trujillo Alto defeated Alejandro López, from Lares, by unanimous decision.
