Juan Carlos Payano and Rau'Shee Warren are set to headline the inaugural edition of Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) on Bounce TV (Sunday, 9:00 p.m. ET). Both fighters made weight ahead of their 12-round bantamweight title fight, which takes place Sunday evening at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.

Payano (16-0, 8KOs) tipped the scales at 117.6 lbs. for the first defense of his title. Warren (13-0, 4KOs) came in at 117 lbs. for his first title fight opportunity.

Sunday's bout marks Payano's first title defense, thus ending a layoff of more than 10 months. The unbeaten southpaw—who represented Dominican Republic in the 2004 and 2008 Olympics—claimed the belt with a technical decision win over long-reigning titlist Anselmo Moreno last September.

Warren serves as the first member of the 2012 U.S. Olympic boxing team to challenge for a major title. The Cincinnati product is the only American boxer in history to have fought on three Olympic teams, having also appeared in the 2004 and 2008 Games.

Also on the show, a battle of junior middleweights with Yudel Johnson coming in at 153.2, while Jorge Cota was 153.4.

John Jackson taking part in another junior middleweight bout. He was 153.2-pounds, while Filipino veteran Dennis Laurente was 153.6.

The winner of the two junior middleweight bouts will square off later this year, possibly on a future editoin of the PBC on Bounce series.

At a max weight of 155-pounds, local favorite Daquan Arnett and opponent Joshua Conley were both 154.8. Conley is trained by Henry Ramirez, who has served as longtime chief second for heavyweight contender Chris Arreola and welterweight spoiler Josesito Lopez among others in and around the Riverside (Calif.) area.
