WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko is possibly going to return to action as early as June 2, if his injured left shoulder continues to properly heal - or else he will fight in the month of September. Vitali suffered a minor left shoulder injury during last month's decision win over Dereck Chisora in Munich.

While Vitali was being interviewed on RTL, potential opponent David Haye, the former WBA champion, joined the conversation from his gym in London, and the two fighters spoke directly. Both want the fight, but Klitschko's manager, Bernd Boente, has insisted that Haye wants too much money for the fight.

Vitali Klitschko: "If the [two] fighters want to fight with each other, then I see no reason that would prevent them from doing so. But, David, do not forget: you are no longer the champion "

David Haye: "I know that, but we agreed to everything with your people in December. Let's do it. Let us give the fans what they want. "

Vitali Klitschko: "Great. I would be happy to fight with you. "

David Haye: "Well, when? And how is your shoulder? "

Vitali Klitschko: "Do not worry, [for] the next fight I'll be in top form. I don't see much of a problem [with the shoulder]. If we both want to fight, I'd be ready for it in the next few months."

David Haye: "I am ready when you are ready, Vitali. When everything is agreed [upon], then we'll have this fight for the fans. I would be very, very happy."
