Polish heavyweights Mariusz Wach and Tomasz Adamek went head to head in a sparring session to prepare for their upcoming fights in the fall.

Adamek (49-4, 29KOs), a former light heavyweight and cruiserweight champion, is back on September 26th in Lodz against Przemyslaw Saleta (44-7). Adamek has lost two in a row and has been out of the ring since last November's decision loss to Artur Szpilka. Saleta has been out of the ring since knocking out Andre Golota in February of 2013 (with Saleta fighting for the first time since 2006 in that match).

Wach (31-1) has a dangerous task ahead when he takes on Olympic gold medal winner Alexander Povetkin (29-1, 21KOs) on November 4th in Russia. Povetkin is the mandatory title challenger to WBC heavyweight beltholder Deontay Wilder.
