Former world champion Vicente "El Loco" Mosquera (33-2-1, 18 KOs) of Panama will have his new title shot pushed back to the 30th of November, when he challenges for the silver lightweight (135 pounds) championship of the World Boxing Council (WBC) in Colon City, Panama. Mosquera was due to face Gilberto "Flaco" Gonzalez (22-3-0, 18 KOs), but now he faces Javier Prieto (23-7, 18KOs) - unbeaten in his last seven fights (won all by KO). In his last fight in June, Mosquera beat up Cosme Rivera for an easy TKO win in Kissimmee, Florida.
