Sun National Bank Center, Trenton, New Jersey - In the main event of the evening, junior featherweight gatekeeper Yenifel Vicente (28-3-2, 20 KOs) shocked a sparse crowd when he knocked Juan Dominguez (19-1, 13 KOs) out cold with an overhand right. Dominguez was stopped 0:20 into round 3 and remained on the canvas for several minutes after the stoppage. Vicente landed bombs in each round but Dominguez was very much in the fight until the final shot landed. Earlier Dominguez lost a point for low blows in round 2.

In an eight round middleweight match-up, Immanuwel Aleem (15-0, 9 KOs) fended off Carlos Galvan (11-4-1, 10 KOs) in what was primarily toe-to-toe warfare. Aleem had the superior technical skills and could have won by safely boxing on the outside, but for whatever reason, he chose to trade punches on the inside for most of the bout. Subsequently the fight was quite thrilling. Through 4 rounds it looked like Aleem was in for a close call but he pulled away in the second half of the fight, or so it seemed. Ultimately Aleem had to settle for a split decision win. Scores were 78-74 for Aleem, 77-75 for Galvan, and 77-75 for Aleem. Those scores were incorrectly announced in the arena, where Aleem was reported as a unanimous decision victor.

After an exhilarating first five rounds of back-and-forth warfare, Keith Tapia (17-0, 11 KOs) pulled away and ultimately out-boxed and out-fought Garrett Wilson (16-10-1, 9 KOs) over ten rounds of cruiserweight action. Tapia, an unbeaten prospect that lacked notable opponents, was hurt in rounds 2, 3, and 4 but rebounded in style and actually buzzed Wilson right back in rounds 2 and 3. Tapia won a unanimous decision by scores of 97-93, 99-91, and 99-91. Tapia dedicated the fight to Prichard Colon after the fists stopped flying.

Chad Dawson (33-4, 18 KOs) easily outboxed Shujaa El Amin (12-9, 6 KOs) over ten mostly uneventful rounds, aside from El Amin's trash talking. Dawson walked his over-matched opponent down and landed punches at will from the second round onward. Dawson, a former light heavyweight world champion, did everything he was supposed to do besides get the stoppage. El Amin fought to last the distance, not win. Dawson won via unanimous decision, 100-90 on all three scorecards.

Dan Pasciolla (6-1, 0KOs) routinely outpointed Corey Morely (0-1-1, 0KOs) in a dreadful four-round heavyweight bout. Scores were 40-36 across the board. The taller Pasciolla moved laterally and worked behind his jab. Morely had difficulty finding a comfortable punching range and was out of gas by round two. Pasciolla didn't do anything special, but it was enough to win every round clearly.Morely's defensive skills were pretty sharp as he was able to block, slip and catch punches. However, his poor condition contributed to his inability to offer return fire.

Christopher Brooker (6-1, 5 KOs) mostly dominated Zaccariah Kelly (5-13, 5 KOs) through five rounds before scoring a stoppage at 0:32 of round six. Once Kelly was hurt with a body shot in round five, he had nothing left to offer. Super middleweight prospect Brooker fought a little too cautiously for the first four rounds, but he ultimately got the job done.

Jordan White (1-0, 1KO) stopped Jose Roman (0-4, 0KOs) in the opening seconds his pro debut. The bantamweight bout ended with the first 1-2 combination thrown. Roman could not beat the 10-count, thus ending the show's curtain raiser at 0:20 of round one.Â
