According to promoter Alexander Krasyuk of K2 Promotions, everything is still on track for IBF, WBA, WBC, WBO cruiserweight champion Oleksandr Usyk to defend his titles against Liverpool star Tony Bellew on November 10 in London.

In July, Usyk successfully dominated Russia's Murat Gassiev to pick up a twelve round unanimous decision to unify the World Boxing Council (WBC), the World Boxing Organization (WBO), the World Boxing Association (WBA) and the International Boxing Federation (IBF) cruiserweight belts.

The match, which took place in Moscow, saw Uryk become the first winner of the World Boxing Super Series (WBSS) cruiserweight tournament.

After that fight, Usyk called for a fight with Bellew - and the British boxer accepted the challenge.

The two sides have been in serious negotiations for the fall showdown.

"Usyk will box against Tony Bellew on November 10 in London," said Krasiyk.

"And this will be a fight where all four of the championship belts of Oleksandr will be at stake. Both fighters want this fight. Right now we are working on the organization of this fight. "

Bellew, who previously held the WBC cruiserweight title, dropped the belt last year when he moved up to the heavyweight division to face David Haye in March. He stopped Bellew in the eleventh round.

A rematch was planned for December, but an injury to Haye would see the second fight postponed to May of this year. And this time Bellew blew away Haye in five rounds.

Now Bellew is ready to return to the cruiserweight ranks for the opportunity to potentially capture the unified cruiserweight crown.

On his record, the 35-year-old Bellew has a tally of 30 wins (20 KOs), two losses and one draw. Usyk, who won Olympic gold, is an undefeated boxer with 15 fights in the professional ring, with eleven of them coming in by knockout.
