Ukraine - Hard-punching 2012 London gold medalist Oleksandr Usyk (4-0, 4 KOs)reminded everyone amongst cruiserweight elite of his recent arrival to the pros, stopping lanky Argentinean Cesar David Crenz (21-9, 13 KOs) at 2:12 of the fourth round.

Usyk, fighting for the fourth time as a pro, looked to be an accomplished prizefighter from the opening bell. He was all over Crenz, who did a good job covering in the opening rounds, but was under fire and under pressure without any significant break.

Usyk landed a major left hook to the jaw of Crenz in a combination of punches to knock him down in the third. In the fourth, Usyk continued beating El Ruso to the punch, finally landing a major left hand to the liver, which has the Argentinean down, as he shook his head signalizing a surrender.

Light middleweight Olexander Spyrko (17-0, 9 KOs) made a minor statement with a one-punch knockout of Hungarian journeyman Gyula Vajda (16-6, 11 KOs) to acquire a vacant WBO International 154lb title.

Spyrko landed a picture-perfect overhand right cross to send Vajda down for the count at 2:48. Vajda has been stopped in all of his losses, so that this stoppage came as no surprise.

Rising light heavyweight gun Umar Salamov (11-0, 10 KOs) celebrated his tenth stoppage victory, when the corner of his Georgian opponent George Beroshvili (11-2-2, 5 KOs) retired their fighter in their corner after three complete rounds. Beroshvili has never been stopped before that.

In a bout of two veteran fighters, Azerbaijani Agali Alyshov (21-5-2, 15 KOs) stopped Georgian import Nikoloz Berkatsashvili (21-10, 9 KOs) in three rounds.

Ukraine-based Georgian light welterweight Mishiko Beselia (7-0, 4 KOs) made another step forward in the fifth-round stoppage of capable Belorussian veteran and former two-time Olympian Khavazhy Khatsygov (10-8, 7 KOs), who is 1-8 after starting his career with nine wins in a row.

26-year old Ukrainian cruiserweight Roman Golovaschenko (14-1, 11 KOs) easily annihilated inexperienced Georgian Shalva Meleksishvili (3-2-1, 1 KO) in two rounds.

Welterweight Khasan Baysangurov (6-0, 1 KO), a 16-year old cousin of ex-WBO light middleweight champion Zaurbek Baysangurov, earned his first career stoppage with the fourth-round TKO over journeyman Artem Skornyakov (1-3).
