A former challenger for the world heavyweight title, Alexander Ustinov of Russian, will have his next fight on July 27 in Moscow, according to the boxer's manager Vladimir Hryunov.

“He was supposed to have a fight on July 23 in Belarus, but his opponent did not have enough time to fulfill the necessary requirements for participating in the fight. Now Ustinov will have a fight on July 27 in Moscow,” Hryunov said to tass.

On the record of the 43-year-old, Ustinov has 35 victories (26 by knockout) and four defeats.

In 2017, he fought for the vacant World Boxing Association (WBA) "regular" title against Germany's Manuel Charr, and lost by decision. He then lost back to back fights, inside the distance, at the hands of Joe Joyce and Michael Hunter.

The last time he entered the ring was back in July of last year in Moscow, securing a knockout victory in the first round over Ukrainian Alexander Nesterenko.

IN OTHER NEWS: After seven years of being away, former WBO world champion Scott Harrison, nearly 43-years-old, returned to the ring and stopped Paul Peers in the third round at the Northern Hotel in Aberdeen.

The event was held behind closed doors.

According to British Boxing News, Harrison scored a knockdown with a well timed body shot in the third round - which led the corner of Peers to throw in the towel.

Harrison last fought in April of 2013, when he lost a ten round decision to Liam Walsh. During the later part of his career, the boxer has had a variety of legal issues outside the ring.
