Tyson Fury, 22-0 (16), and Dereck Chisora, 20-4 (13), were both in good spirits during this afternoon's final press conference for their heavyweight rematch, which takes place at London's ExCel Arena on Saturday night.  The colourful duo had to carry most of the presser, though, as Chris Eubank Junior decided to give it a miss, prompting his opponent Billy Joe Saunders to do the same.

"Chris Eubank Junior isn't coming, so we told Billy Joe Saunders to stay at home," confirmed the show's promoter Frank Warren, who also revealed that over 18,500 fans will be in attendance on Saturday.  "The fight is completely sold out, I believe it's the best British show we've seen in a long time," he added.

"It's going to be one of the best nights of boxing we've seen in a long time.  The winner of this will face (world heavyweight champion) Wladimir Klitschko.  The winner of Saunders and Eubank will face either Matt Korobov or Andy Lee (who will vie for for the vacant WBO middleweight title on December 13th)."

Fury decided to reveal his projected fight weight a day earlier than expected, telling the press that: "I expect to be 16 stone, this is the hardest I've ever worked for a fight."

"He's had me carrying him up the stairs," he said, referring to uncle and trainer Peter Fury's strict training regime.  "I've been wrestling with (my) cousins and brothers.  When it comes to the mental side, I'm concrete—there's nothing I can do about the cancellations," he said, a reference to his stop-start staccato fight schedule in recent times.

The only real controversy going into the fight has centred on Fury's huge beard, which he will have to shave or drastically trim before fight night, as per BBBoC rules regarding facial hair.  However, the Mancunian is ready to hack away his facial hair before the British and EBU title encounter, he even tried to net himself a razorblade sponsor.

"Maybe I can get sponsorship from Gillette to shave my head, pubes and my beard at the same time—I'm open to offers," joked the 26-year-old.  "I've done talking.  I've done no talking [referring to the time he taped his mouth shut following a BBBoC fine for his pre-fight remarks].  I believe it's the best bill all year.  He (Chisora) has got arms and a pair of gloves—it's fifty-fifty."

"He's in a good place," stated Peter Fury.  "He's ready."

Don Charles, the trainer of Chisora, echoed Fury's point, saying: "Del Boy is where he should be—we're more than happy."

Chisora added to the jovial atmosphere on show by adding: "Me and the big man are ready to roll.  When we glove up, it's fight time."

The 30-year-old former world title challenger also dismissed talk that they had made a side bet on the fight.  This is against BBBoC rules and Chisora doesn't want to get himself into trouble.  "The Board is getting rich off us!" he said when revealing that all bets are off.

Warren also had time to lash out at last week's PPV show on Sky Sports, telling the press that the Tony Bellew-Nathan Cleverly headlined bill was bad for the sport.  "They've done their best to take money out of the market with that," was his bullish stance on Eddie Hearn's most recent show.

"I'm a fight fan as well as a promoter—these are the fights you want to see," his verdict on the ExCel bill, which also includes Frankie Gavin versus Bradley Skeete for the British and Commonwealth welterweight belts plus the British Super featherweight title tussle between Gary Sykes and Liam Walsh.
