DU BEOF “SHOOTS HIMSELF & TOP RANK” IN HEAD!
In 1963 when Dallas Mobster Jack Ruby gunned down and silenced alleged Presidential assassin Lee Harvey Oswald, he did so in front a live worldwide television audience. Simply put, there was no doubt in anyone’s mind that Ruby killed Oswald. In that same context, you will leave here today realizing that Todd du Beof of Top Rank is as Guilty as Ruby when it comes to his operating an “Ongoing Criminal Enterprise,” this in the guise of a boxing promotional company known to you as Top Rank, Inc.
“OPERATION TAX GATE” & THE SUICIDE OF TOP RANK
Today, I will present two Exhibits that will silence anybody defending Top Rank, including Nevada Attorney General Keith Kaiser (Whom we deal with in a story Tuesday). And, I will neither “Confirm nor Deny” whether or not these Top Rank documents were given to my contact by Tijuana Promoter Fernando Beltran. If this was the case, I’m wondering did Beltran make these available because the Mexican citizen doesn’t want to go to jail for U.S. Tax Crimes that were orchestrated by du Beof?
“SMOKING CANNON” EVEN HAS “TOP RANK” FAX NUMBER ON TOP!
Without sending you to an Exhibit link, I’ve decided to put the letter to Fernando Beltran from Toad du Beof of July 1, 1997 in the body of this column. I have left out Page 1 or the Fax cover sheet. But in du Beof’s own writing, “Imporante” is handwritten on its face. Oh, and the “Five Fight Option” AKA “Slave Contract” du Beof included on the lower part of page two, it is flagrantly “Illegal” as the Muhammad Ali Boxing Act forbids any more than two!
LOOK AT THE VERBIAGE WITH THE ARROW POINTED AT IT!
Ah so arrogant, and at the same time thinking that Beltran would never turn on him, Todd du Beof said these words. “This is the best offer I can make for these two fights because of the tax free payments.” And did you notice that in both bouts listed in this 7/1/97 fax from Todd to Beltran, that the “Purse Amounts” & “Contract Purse Amounts” are different? Add the “Tax Free Payments” to the equation and we have proof as clear as the video of Ruby killing Oswald, that du Beof did in fact repeatedly screw Uncle Sam.
HOW ABOUT SOME ICING ON THE “FEDERAL PRISON” CAKE?
And while some of you may scoff at my notion that du Beof is going to Prison, the fact remains nobody will throw a creep like the Toad in jail for screwing dumb Mexican fighters. But orchestrating a “Conspiracy to Defraud the U.S. Government” out of potentially millions of Tax dollars, and this was after having done so for several years with regards to “Yory Boy” Campas. What this means is that the end for Top Rank is coming. And it’ll be sooner rather then later Gordon!
“OVERKILL” THAT’LL CONVINCE EVEN TODD’S MOM LOVEY!
Right about now, the only person possibly thinking Todd du Beof is not a crook is Lovey du Beof, his Mother. As for his stepfather Bob Arum, did you know he is a former “U.S. Government Tax-Attorney.” And “Massa’ Bob” has to know at this point, after getting hit on the chin, and being dropped again by me today, that his stepson du Beof is headed to the slammer. And Arum, as powerful a man as you can get, well he’s impotent in this instance! In short there isn’t a single “Get out Of Jail Free” card in the deck for du Beof!
CAN I SHOW YOU SOME MORE EVIDENCE FOLKS?
Below are copies of two Top Rank checks from Campas’ fight with Fernando Vargas and dated 12-12-98. The first is (#51078) for $41,000 and made out to Ramon Campas. Notice it says, “Campas Purse” on its face. The second check is again signed by Todd du Beof, it is for $220,000 and it is made out to the now retired-Tijuana Promoter Guillermo Mayen, who at the time had a piece of Campas.
DEMISE PREDICTING CHARGIN, “THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED”! Actually, Promoter Don Chargin had harsher words for the people that abused Ramon “Yory Boy” Campas. But the Don saw the light and had this to say. “A lot of times its Taxes that bring guys like this down. Seeing that is in his own words, I can’t see du Beof getting out of this. That letter is a death sentence for Top Rank!”
$41,000 FOR THE FIGHTER & $220,000 FOR A CO-PROMOTER!
OK, as we can see with these two checks, #’s 51078 & 51080 (Who was #51079 made out to, and for how much is a question for my dear friend Elvis) that Campas got $41,000 and his ex-Promoter Guillermo Mayen got five times as much or $220,000 for fighting Fernando Vargas! And Todd du Beof, yes, this same Top Rank Vice President who has successfully beaten the IRS time and again for years, at least with “Yory Boy” Campas, well we know he penned and signed both of the checks, and most likely missing check #51079 as well!
PEDRO TAKES ON NEVADA’S A.G. FOUR ROUNDS…OR LESS!
Tomorrow I will re-post my letter containing questions for the Nevada State Athletic Commission, along with their response authored by Nevada Attorney General Keith “Zig-Heil” Kaiser. When I read Kaiser’s letter to a guy circling the Top Rank wagon, he said it sounded like a reprimand of me written by Bob Arum’s Attorney. And not the words of a Public servant working for the State of Nevada! My Texas Attorney thinks Nevada Governor Kenny Guinn might need to appoint a “Special Prosecutor” to look at Nevada boxing, this in light of the perceived inactions of one Senor Kaiser!
