Heavyweight contender Tomasz Adamek (44-1, 28 KOs) has completed his first cycle of training in New Jersey, and on Monday the two former division will move his camp to the Poconos, located in Pennsylvania. He was preparing for a month with conditioning coach Tyler Woodman, focusing on strength, stamina and speed. But now it's time to strictly focus on his boxing skills and the fight strategy.

"We trained hard for nearly four weeks on strength and endurance. the training was very hard, but I felt well afterwards," Adamek said.

On September 10, Adamek will take part in the biggest of his career at the Municipal Stadium in Wroclaw, when he challenges WBC champion Vitali Klitschko (42-2, 39 KOs).

Adamek's trainer Roger Bloodworth is planning to use two or three strong sparring partners.

"On July 17th, we are going to start sparring. The first sparing partner will come in from California. After a week, we'll get another one. If need be, Roger is also going to have a third fighter on reserve. Everything will be decided by Roger," Adamek said.
