Brilliance against mature quality is one way to describe the title defence of WBC flyweight champion Roman “Chocolatito” Gonzalez from Nicaragua, who goes up against "Hawaiian Punch" Brian Viloria on Saturday night at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Gonzalez (43-0, 37KOs) vs. Viloria (36-4, 22KOs) is co-featured bout to the Gennady Golovkin vs. David Lemieux HBO Pay-Per-View card.

“Chocolatito is one of the most sensational fighters of this era, and I'm sure it'll be a really  great fight as Viloria is a complicated and accomplished fighter,” said Golden Boy President Oscar De La Hoya, who promotes Lemieux.

WBC President Mauricio Sulaiman is pleased and enthusiastic about this important commitment between two  exceptional and dedicated fighters.

“This will be one of the best fights of the year. Maybe one of the greatest fights in the lighter divisions. I feel proud to see former WBC champion Viloria fighting against current WBC champion Chocolatito," Sulaiman said.
