Former world champion Felix Sturm was quick to shoot down Wasserman Sports announcement that a fight between him and Vincent Feigenbutz was on for a showdown in the fall. Nothing is confirmed, wrote Felix on social media.
Both men are now scheduled to fight June 24 in Hamburg with Sturm in a pretty tough fight against James Kraft (19-0-1).
The 42-year-old Sturm returned in December of 2020 after over four years out with a points win over Timo Rost.
Former WBA interim, IBO and EBU light heavyweight champ Dominic Boesel (31-2) ended his training camp in Slovenia with a points win over Czech Ondrey Budera (14-21-1) in Ptuj.
Stablemate Tom Dzemski (16-0) stopped Hungarian Achilles Szabo (25-27) in the third.

Finnish welter Oskari Metz (13-0) knocked out overmatched Hungarian Mozes Vazarheliy (1-4) in the first round in Belgrade, Serbia, last night. American heavyweight Nick Asberry (10-2) stopped Gergely Horvath in the second and British super welter Asinia Byfield (15-4-1) tko'd Roland Hamar also in the second. The show was promoted by Martin Mikolajczak.
Also in Belgrade but on Friday saw German light heavyweight Nick Hannig (9-1-1) lose an upset decision to Latvian Ralfs Vilcans (12-0) in the headliner of this Petko's Box Promotion event with the vacant WBC International title at stake.
In the chief support tough journeyman Patrick Mendy (18-18-3) stopped Karwan El Bewani (8-1) and won two world titles in the process. Mendy, a much avoided fighter and victim of many close, split decisions against him, is now GBU and WBFed interim champ.
Heavyweight Emir Ahmatovic (10-0) won the vacant GBU title with a split, controversial decision over Spaniard Gabriel Enguema (10-11).
There was a major upset on the undercard as Howik Bebraham (17-2) lost on points to Nikola Ivkovic (3-26-3). Also noteworthy was the comeback of Enrico Koelling (27-4), now at cruiser, who stopped Bosnian Slavisa Simeunovic 36-49) in the second.

Mexican lightweight Erick Encinia (14-4-1) outscored local man Damien Wrzeninski (22-2-2), in the headliner of Tymex Boxing Promotion's show in Pionki (Poland) Friday (May 21) night. Encinia won on scores of 96-94 and 97-93 with the third card at 95-95.
