20-year-old super welterweight Steven Butler (13-0-1) of Montreal made short work of Finnish fighter Teemu Tuominen (10-2-0) 4 at the Metropolis in Montreal, as part of a show presented by Eye of the Tiger Management. Butler recorded a TKO victory in the first round

WBC Francophone super middleweight champion Schiller Hyppolite (18-1-0) of Montreal forced the referee to stop his fight at the 47 second mark of the fourth round, as he recorded a TKO victory against the Frenchman Cedric Bellais (18-7-3), a WBF Intercontinental Light Heavyweight Champion.

Super Lightweight Ayaz Hussain (8-0-0) of Montreal secured a TKO victory at 3:00 of the fourth round over former world contender Daniel Attah (28-21-1), a Nigerian resident of the United, who previously held the NABO belt (2000-2001).

Earlier in the evening, super lightweight Will Madera (7-0-0) of Albany, NY, who was taking part in his fourth fight in Quebec, picked up a win by unanimous decision over Abraham Gomez ( 22-11-1) of Mexico, a former interim-WBC Youth World champion (2012).
