I guess there was a good reason why Michael Sprott (30-10, 15KOs) had to sign a contract that would not allow him to disclose what took place when he was used as a sparring partner for fellow UK heavyweight Audley Harrison (21-3. 16KOs).

Sprott would not say what happened, but all week he predicted a quick knockout of Harrison based on their sparring sessions that took place several years ago.

While Harrison was looking towards bigger fights, Sprott came to Wembley Arena with hunger in his eyes and lived up to his prediction by knocking Harrison out cold in three rounds.

Harrison, a 2000 Olympic gold medal winner, was hit with a left hook in the third round that turned out the lights. It took several minutes before Harrison was able to get to his feet.

It appeared to be an Audley Harrison night as he used his size to push Sprott around in the first round, but Sprott began to land hard punches in the next two rounds to open Harrison up for the knockout blow.

The Reading fighter responded and landed some good shots in the following two rounds before his stunning winner saw him win with a technical knockout. Harrison was coming off a three-round knockout of Danny Williams.

I was convinced. What he had done to Danny Williams he thought it was it and I knew it wasn't," Sprott told ITV1 "Anyone who put money on the bookies - enjoy!"

Sprott said after the bout that he does not want a rematch, he wants Matt Skelton next.

"I want to fight Matt Skelton and get the world title. I've had enough of rematches - I'm moving on."
