Emanuel Augustus says "Taking my boxing career to the next level with Sin City Boxing I believe is a great opportunity that I really appreciate and welcome.  Since my departure from my previous promoter Lou Dibella, I really thought that my career was over, now that I have signed with Sin City Boxing, I'm looking forward to good things in my career with Sin City Boxing."!!

Nick Sampson & Macke Roberts of Sin City Boxing says "Emanuel Augustus is one of most talented, exciting and entertaining fighters in the pro boxing game today. Unfortunately for Emanuel he has never had the right team behind him to get him the right fights or to make his boxing career a priority.  We see a lot of talent in Emanuel Augustus and were very excited to have the opportunity to work with a fighter of his caliber. We have big plans for Emanuel Augustus.  We look forward to seeing Emanuel Augustus rise above all the doubters and adversity to become a force in the welterweight division."

Emanuel Augustus says "With my new team Sin City Boxing behind me I have big plans for 2008.  I've been training at welterweight for the past 6 months, If a good opportunity happens at 140 I will consider it but for now I'll be fighting at 147.

Nick Sampson and Macke Roberts of Sin City Boxing see a bright future for Emanuel Augustus.  "There are many people in boxing who doubt the talent and skill of Emanuel Augustus.  He is going to shock alot of people in the pro boxing industry within the next 12-18 months."

Emanuel Augustus says "To all the 140lb fighters who have ducked me the last few years I don't really have anything to say to them but the fighters at 147 better watch out, I'm bringing a big surprise!!  I wanna thank Sin City Boxing for taking an interest in my boxing career. I'm looking forward to a good future."
