One fight from HBO Latino’s tripleheader was canceled Thursday, but four fighters from the two other televised fights weighed in as planned in Indio, California.

Ukraine’s Vyacheslav Shabranskyy (17-0, 14 KOs) weighed in at 174.8 pounds for his 10-round, light-heavyweight main event against Sullivan Barrera. The Cuban-born Barrera, a Miami resident, weighed in at 174.6 pounds.

The 34-year-old Barrera (17-1, 12 KOs) will fight for the first time since Andre Ward (31-0, 15 KOs) out-pointed him in their 12-rounder March 26 in Oakland, California.

A few minutes later, Eddie Gomez (19-1, 11 KOs), 24, of the Bronx, N.Y., weighed in at 146 pounds for his co-featured fight against Rashidi Ellis (16-0, 11 KOs). The 23-year-old Ellis, of Lynn, Massachusetts, weighed 146.6 pounds for their 10-round welterweight encounter.

Earlier Thursday, junior welterweight contender Antonio Orozco (25-0, 16 KOs), of San Diego, withdrew from his scheduled 10-rounder against Fidel Maldonado Jr. (22-3-1, 19 KOs, 1 NC), of Albuquerque, New Mexico, because of dehydration.
