Abraham "Abie" Han will face Sergio Mora on February 6, promoter Lou DiBella confirmed with Boxingscene.com on Monday night.

Both will be vying for the vacant USBA middleweight title at the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi. The bout will headline on ESPN2 Friday Night Fights.

Han (23-1, 14KOs) replaces Jermain Taylor, who was scheduled to defend the IBF middleweight title on the ESPN2 card.

Taylor ran into legal trouble when he was arrested last Monday for discharging a weapon during a Martin Luther King Day parade in his hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas.

His release from prison last Tuesday resulted in barely 24 hours of freedom; a fresh arrest warrant was issued due his latest incident violating the terms of his previous arrest, a shooting incident in his home last August. His bond was revoked, prompting Taylor to surrender to authorities last Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the show goes on for Mora, now with confirmation of another fighter manning the opposite corner.

Han hails from El Paso, Texas and has won his last four bouts since his only loss as a pro at the hands of Glen Tapia in July of 2013. His last win came in October, taking a hard-fought 10 round unanimous decision over Marcos Reyes at the Stubhub Center in Carson, Calif.

Mora (27-3-2, 9 KOs) defeated Dashon Johnson by unanimous decision in his last bout on December 11, a special edition of ESPN2 boxing on a show dedicated to the late Dan Goossen. Both fighters were dropped in the first round. Mora has won his last four bouts in a row.

The 34 year old from East Los Angeles won a world title at 154 pounds and is also famous for winning “The Contender” series.
