Arena Nord, Denmark - The stage is set for the Collision between Danish super middleweights Patrick Nielsen and Rudy Markussen after "the Hardhitter" returned in the final fight of the evening and stopped Georgian opponent Ramazi Gogichashvili (a claimed 19-7-2) at 2.59 of the very first round. Gogichashvili was floored twice late in the first and it was stopped and it was ruled as a KO.

Markussen looked a bit rusty and was very eager to land with his vaunted right hand - too eager it seemed but late in the round he found the range and floored Gogichashvili. The Georgian got up and it seemed as if he would survive the round when he was caught again by a right and as he went down the referee waved it off without a count, which might have been just as well but Gogichashvili looked as if he could have made it through the round.

Micki "One Punch" Nielsen (19-0) took out Argentinian Alejandro Emilio Valori (17-8) at 2.45 of the fourth in a scheduled ten-rounder and it was probably a career best performance from the Dane as he was forced to fight on the inside by his strong and capable opponent but Nielsen came through some rough moments in the first, tightened up his defense and wore down Valori with his own tactics. Nielsen, a southpaw, can punch for real and he loaded up on his punches in what easily was the best fight of the night. Valori fired back but tired and was on the ropes when Nielsen found the space for his heavy left hand and Valori went down on one knee and was counted out in the act of rising.

Super middleweight Patrick Nielsen (24-1) knocked out Samir Santos Barbosa (36-13-1) with a southpaw left hook to the body at 2.57 of the fourth. Nielsen looked sharp and focused from the start while Barbosa looked chunky and as if i he was just there for the payday. The Dane started fast and then upped the pace and floored Barbosa with a left to the chin in the second. The Brazilian showed his experience as Nielsen tried to follow up but he was not in top shape and thus extra vulnerable for bodyshots and caved in late in the fourth.

Cruiserweight Kai Robin Havnaa (4-0) outslugged Istvan Kun (4-5-1) for a TKO win at 1.42 of the second of a scheduled four-rounder. Kun had Havnaa in trouble earlier in the round but the strong Norwegian came back and hurt Kun with his own right. The Hungarian was floored twice before it was stopped.

The show is shown PPV in Sweden and Denmark and there is about 12 hours of boxing expected and that includes Badou Jack vs George Groves at 3 AM with Mayweather-Berto on at 5.30 AM.

Next up is Patrick Nielsen vs Samir Santos Barbosa, which is the sole "free" fight of the evening and night in Denmark as it goes out on TV 3 in Denmark - but not in Sweden.

The price for it all is about 60 USD - and includes staying up all night.
